Employee Assistance Program
Counseling 服务
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers counseling services for Indiana State University benefit eligible employees and their dependents through the ISU Psychology Clinic. The Psychology Clinic is a nonprofit training facility for doctoral students in clinical psychology to receive supervised training from licensed faculty and staff. Two services are offered through the clinic:
Psychotherapy: The clinic is trained to provide individuals, 夫妻, and group psychotherapy, as well as therapy designed specifically for children and their parents.
Evaluations: In addition to the routine evaluations, they offer more extensive psychological evaluations of adults, 青少年, 和孩子. The clinicians also offer a specialty assessment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in school-aged children.
Indiana State University will pay for a maximum of 6 individual counseling visits or 1 complete evaluation at the Psychology Clinic with a confidential referral by Employee 健康. Couples/family counseling is availalbe and the EAP will pay for a maximum of 12 visits.
If employees or dependents prefer to use an off campus provider, EAP will pay for a maximum of 3 visits with a confidential referral by Employee 健康. Couples/family counseling, if requested, will be covered by the EAP for a maximum of 6 visits.

Drug Free Work Place
Drug abuse in the workplace is contrary to Indiana State University's goals and objectives. The following documents will provide up-to-date information in regards to our drug free policy here on campus.
